Lease terms range from 1 to 15 months for apartments in Lutz near Tampa. Lease terms are subject to change without notice.
Applicants should have a valid government-issued photo ID, income verification documents, and complete electronic identity verification during the online application process.
Apartment approvals are based on factors including income, debt-to-income ratio, rental history, credit history, identity verification, and background screening.
Applicants at Grand at Cypress Cove should have a combined gross monthly income equal to at least 2.5 times the monthly base rent.

Residents can make rent payments online through the resident portal using the Bilt payment platform, which also allows eligible users to earn rewards points.
Residents generally receive packages and mail directly at their apartment, as the leasing office does not provide package holding services.
Apartment lockouts related to lost keys, key fobs, or keys locked inside are considered resident responsibility situations and are not handled as maintenance requests.
Residents must return all apartment keys and garage remotes to the leasing office by their scheduled move-out date or coordinate an approved drop-off arrangement.
Lease documents are electronically delivered to applicants through Blue Moon Software using the email address provided during the leasing process.
Residents are responsible for utilities including electricity, water, sewer, internet, valet trash, and pest control services, with electricity set up directly through the provider of their choice.
